James G. Staub, 71, of Hamilton, NJ passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
Born in Trenton, NJ, James was a Hamilton resident for the past 52 years. He retired from Amtrak in 2005 after 30 years of faithful service. He was a parishioner of St. Raphael’s Holy Angels Parish, Hamilton, NJ, and enjoyed music, good food, working at jobs around the house and, most importantly, spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Son of the late Hugh and Marion Staub, brother of the late Thomas (Nancy) Wayda, Robert Wayda, and Raymond (Janet) Wayda, he is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Barbara Ricciardo Staub, his daughters Michele Mahoney (Christian Heim) and Jessica (Christopher) George, his grandchildren Izabella Faith Staub-Mahoney, Kirra Christine Heim, and Rocco James George, his brother William (Michele) Staub, his sisters Dorothy Wayda and Cindy (Mark) McGrath, his close friends Carl, Shawn, Matt, and Mark and many other dear friends.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. Raphael’s Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton, NJ.
Private cremation will follow.
Relatives and friends may visit on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 4 to 7 PM and on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 9 to 10 AM at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ (KingstonandKemp.com).
