Rose M. Sabatino, 89, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton, Hamilton, NJ. Born in Italy on September 9, 1933, she emigrated through New York and her family moved to Delaware in 1936 and has been a Hamilton, NJ resident for the past 65 years. She was retired from Roma Bank, Hamilton, NJ, and was a member, Eucharistic Minister and member of the Rosary Altar Society of St. Raphael’s Holy Angels Parish, Hamilton, NJ. She enjoyed Bingo, trips to Atlantic City, playing the lottery and spending time with her family in Delaware. Daughter of the late Michele and Clelia DiGiacobbe, wife for 55 years of the late Michael F. Sabatino, sister of the late Attilio and John DiGiacobbe, and sister-in-law of the late Gemma DiGiacobbe, Jule and Joe Schiaretti, Carrie and Dewey DiMartino, Alice Sabatino, Joseph and Rita Sabatino, Nick Sabatino, Victor and Estella Sabatino and Pete and Jane DiSabatino, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Michele and Richie Bents, her grandchildren Michael and Joanna Norton and Rachel Bents, her great-grandchildren Alexa and Michael Norton, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 10:30 AM at St. Raphael’s Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, NJ.
