Wayne Alan Davis, 70, of Hamilton Township, departed this life on January 7, 2023. Wayne was the son of the late William H Davis and Sara Lillian Davis (Horton). He is survived by a brother Bruce W. Davis and his spouse Nancy. Also surviving are a niece Sharon P Truhan and her son Scott and a nephew Timothy A Davis, his spouse Kelly and their sons Ryan, Ethan and Jack. Wayne graduated from Trenton Central High and was awarded a BA from the University of Illinois. He began his career with the Mercer Messenger and retired as a 911 dispatcher for Hamilton Township. Despite his handicap, Wayne enjoyed life to the fullest, participating in fly fishing, amateur radio and firing at a shooting range. Wayne will be missed by his family and many friends. Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 2-4pm at the Kingston and Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ. Committal will be private.
